WEIGHTS

Want some inexpensive handweights?   Go to your cupboard and get two 15 or 16 ounce cans.   That’s right, that can of peas and corn can get your arms toned and sculpted..<g>  Try to get two cans that weight the same amount.  One pound weights are very popular and you can have a new “pair” every time you go shopping!
