It's full of hopes and dreams so be sure not to get too distracted..<g> This is the road you'll take even before you make the first change in your eating and/or exercise habits. And don't forget you might need to make changes in your emotional life too, especially if you're a person who eats based on your emotions.

So, you're expecting! Yes, men can be expecting too when it comes to Expectation Expressway. So, what's your baby? A slimmer body? A new attitude? Maybe you want to be able to play more with your children? Or be able to participate in your local marathon next year? Whatever your dream is, start expecting it! Don't think about it like it's something that can never happen. Think about it as something you KNOW will happen because you're going to make the changes you need to make.

If you're feeling down about your weight loss plan, and expecting something just isn't something you think you can do then go for the "pretend method".  Tell yourself that your dreams can happen even if you don't feel the feeling. Expectation Expressway is full of people who might not believe what they're saying initially. If you stay on this expressway long enough you may find yourself changing your attitude and having more confidence in your abilities.

So, Expectation Expressway is the road to take! It doesn't matter if you’re just starting your weight loss plan or if this is your tenth attempt at losing weight. Believe in what you want. Then go for it!
